Similar issue with mine. However mine opens once I force quit and then reopen. Quite frustrating though. Crash report does not appear, it only appears when the rainbow wheel shows up, which are for other issues.

I am currently facing the following issues on my Macbook Pro M1: 1. Unable to select, using the flood selection tool. Instead of selecting the desired selection using the trackpad, the tolerance toggle keeps moving and no selection is made 2. Background eraser tool doesn't work properly, sometimes it erases the items in the background, other times it just ignored the selection
