Hi, just to let you know that I received my Publisher workbook and it is very nice :) Something I want to make you aware of is the poor packaging it came in. The book was inside a box that was too large for it and there was no additional packing to stop the book sliding around in the box. The box outer was very crushed and the book itself suffered some bending of the corners — I'm am happy with it as it is minor. However, I thought you should know and consider in the future how the books are sent out, not all recipients may be happy to accept minor damage — the books could suffer more serious damage as they slide around the box during 'delicate' postal/courier handling...
