[Affinity softwere crashes when opening new document]

Hi 

I have tried to open a new document in Affinity Publisher and Affinity Photo, every time I try to create a new document it crashes.

what can I do?

Hi , I'm not a computer-wiz, so please excuse my deficient knowledge. 

I have the same problem, affinity publisher is crashing when I try to start a new document. I also tried what was suggested in the "Forcing affinity to use dedicated GPU".

Do you think it's a hardware issue?
