  1. Status bar for the win - thanks for the tip firstdefence. It works (Ctrl + Alt + Whatever selector)!
  2. Hello everyone, we are evaluating Affinity (Photo + Designer) since yesterday, and thinking from switching to it from Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator combo. We are not an agency, or a design shop, it will be used only for internal purposes - hence, we are not design professionals. Therefore my probably very newbie question: how do you "add to selection" in Affinity Photo (Windows desktop) application? Needed for marquee, freehand and flood selection tools. In Photoshop, it would be Shift + whatever selector. I have already found a forum question from 2016 (so I hope this has changed until now) suggesting that some mouse Yoga with holding two mouse buttons together would work - but after repeated attempts, nobody from the team has managed to get this working. One independent web site suggested that it would be a "Ctrl+" combination, but that also didn't work. Substracting from the selection works like a charm (Alt + selection tool), but we couldn't manage to add to selection. So if anyone could help us, that would be great Have a great day everyone, Adis
