How do I Add A Digitally Stretched Border For 1.5" Gallery Wrapped Canvas

Hi, this is good way how to have white or transparent borders, but not mirrored borders (used with print on canvas on frame). In photoshop is possibility "canvas gallery wrap scripts" as supplement. Is there way how to make mirrored borders in Affinity photo please?
