  1. Sorry for the confusion, I'm not explaining what I'm trying to achieve very well. In, the first post I said that I wanted to "change how the text flows on individual pages", not between pages, so sorry if that wasn't clear. Again, this works perfectly between a file set-up with non facing pages. The original file enclosed was just a test file to illustrate the problem I was having which you explained perfectly so thank you. The vertical facing pages example is what I'm working with and I agree should have shared that in the first place to avoid confusion. I was tying to keep things simple and achieved the opposite, sorry. As I see it I'm going to have to copy and paste the dates pages directly onto the relevant pages rather than using master pages. I was just trying to avoid having to make changes to proportions etc on each individual page in the future by using master pages as works with non linked text boxes or image boxes. Thank you for looking at this for me.
  2. Thanks for the welcome and for looking at this. OK I've just amended my test file and it works as you suggest, great. But... I don't want the linked boxes to continue onto other pages, in this case. The enclosed illustrates what I'm trying to achieve. This would be for a calendar with an image on the top page and the dates listed on the bottom page. The idea being that once finished it should be easy to adjust for future years. I've tried to do this using tables but find that once the dates are entered the then cant be tabbed along to adjust for future years?
  3. I've created a non facing pages Affinity Publisher file with a grid of linked text boxes on the master page so that I can change how the text flows on individual pages, which works perfectly. When I try to do the same with a facing pages file, the linked text boxes from the master page lose the links to the next text box on the document page? I've enclosed a test file that illustrates the problem. I'm new to Affinity publisher and haven't found anything on the forum or tutorials that covers this so help would be really appreciated! test.afpub
