No no I still got it. This was before I could even get to the part to create an account, so after everything started working properly I was able to create the account as normal.

I'm not sure, really. Could have been a bad cookie because when I tried adding the 2nd package (that had the discount) I went to sleep, and when I work up I couldn't remove it from the cart (got an error across the bottom of the screen saying something about being unable to remove the item from the cart, but I could add items that then also could not be removed). Cleared the cache and refreshed and I could remove the Publisher package and the Designer package still was the original price until I re-cleared the cache. ¯\(°_o)/¯
