    There are countless tutorials about how to achieve this. Even if they might be for Photoshop, most steps can be done in Affinity Photo in a similar way.

    What you're looking for is the Nik Analog Efex. Works as a Photoshop plugin in Photo.
    The old free Google version should be still available for download from various sources, probably via archive.org.
    Search the forum for Nik Collection.

    Simply using a textured layer and blend modes/options will likely get you what you want. white marble with dark veins works well with the new divide blend mode.
    Finding brushes that give a vintage look is also an easy option.
    With regard to plugins JixiPix tick a lot of boxes, such as Photo Formation: putting creases and folds among other paper effects is pretty cool.
    adding subtle creases where overlaid textures hint at a crease.

    or if anyone has some sticky tape to patch this back up I'd be grateful... 🤪

    This site also has information on using the NIK Collection.
    It's worth mentioning that the free version (unlike the paid version) is destructive, so I would suggest always working on a copy of your image rather than the original.
