Hello, I have tried several time to purchase Affinity Photo with a Visa card. My info is correctly entered, and I have enough balance to purchase. However every time I keep getting declined. Can someone please help with this issue? I have already verified that my card is active and working, so I am not sure why I can not purchase the product.
