Hello, I am trying to use Layer --> Geometry --> Subtract to break apart the various images in a jpeg I purchased. My goal is to edit the text section with my own text. First of all, is it correct to approach this task using the geometry approach I've described? Second, if so, the Geometry window options are all grayed out and can't be accessed. I've tried switching to Photo and the same thing, Geometry is greyed out. I've tried selecting all, deselecting, and no luck. Any ideas?

Thank you so much for the quick response. Did you use publisher, photo, or designer? And, when you say, create the text, do you mean there is a function to create text from scratch, or do you mean enter the text in the text box and then manipulate it. Thank you again!!!

Hello all, I am trying to recreate this letter "i" in my company logo. I need to slash an angle in the letter. I've been at it for hours and can't figure it out. I am also trying to add a 3d effect to the letters in the new logo file, however, when I do, the color changes drastically. Thank you in advance for any ideas.

Using Affinity Publisher on a MacBook Pro. I am trying to add a text box to my design, but when I type in the text it is not visible at all. I soon figured out that the text, even in the largest size, is microscopic. I have either done something wrong, or this is a glitch. Any ideas? Thank you in advance for your time.Honda 1.afpub
