[artboard copies into new document as empty image layer]

Every time I try to print from a document with multiple artboards it crashes and I know this is a known issue, but until it is fixed I still need to print. So I copied and pasted an artboard into a new document. This worked once, with artboard 20, but when I try and do the same thing with other artboards (in this case artboard 1) it shows up as an empty image layer. If I copy from pasteboard, that works, except the text side of the card shows up as a transparency and does not print.

Thanks for responding. png file 4.53 mb. This is a file for print. I'm not quite sure how to attach the file. When I go "reveal in finder' it takes me to the entire document which is 22 artboards, not just the one in question.

I imported artboards from Affinity Designer on my Macbook Pro to Affinity Designer on my iPad Air 4, with iCloud. The artboard on the iPad prints much smaller even though the document settings show it is the same size as the artboard  on the Macbook. What am I doing wrong, please.
