Opening a photo to process !
in V1 Bugs found on macOS

I just tried to open a photo to process and something weird happened. Here are the images that happened. The photo to be processed and then a screen shop of what happened. Does anyone have a discription of what happened or maybe a bug in 1.8.6 . I just updated Affinity and also my Mac book pro to Big Sur which is very different than before.
