[not working features]

Yes, thank you for your willingness for help.  
Hm the pen tool : 

I created the shape using the shape using the pen tool , I want this to be selectable area . It was working in PS using ctrl+enter I think and It converts closed line shape to selected area , than pressing delete button I was able to remove that part on raster layer selected .... 
Does it support something like this ? 
It still creating the curve layer , and I want the selection from it, and use it for deletion or as a area for filling ( for bucket tool or brush tool) 

and maybe one question , how can I move layers up and down between - in group , because it always puts me layer as a mask of next one if I am about to change the order of layers in group

[not working features]

Well , I tried to use once again affinity but it is too complicated to use ...  here I am writing few why not sure if features are not available or hard to find

- transform to negative values just does not work for me , how I can easily mirror shapes or images , i think I cant, after I put Y axis to negative value it put it back to positive

- there is no stamp patch tool in designer as in photo 

- I cant  escape the tool selected to just "mouse" pointer with escape key

- I do not see straight line with other shapes like rectangle

- cant see select with PEN tool like with artboard tool in order to quickly draw the shape press ctrl enter to make a selection and than fill the shape in selected layer with bucket tool 

- the textures provided are just bad , I see them like zoomed 100 times, are the textures and patterns vectors or just raster ones 

- with a text tool I cannot see custom weight in character settings in designer ... 

- after I cancel the FX or adjustment or mask it creates empty one , why ? by canceling it I just want to cancel last step

Hallo , I woud like to ask if is there any functionality that allows me to grab the tool and select e.g white background. and make it with delete transparent. 
I was not able to find this feature. 
How it can be made ?
