I figured it out. I recreated export profile and now it works fine. I must have been some bug or something like it.

Thank you for your insights. I tried PDF/X-4 with same results. I am trying to find some workaround but I am fairly new in Affinity. Would it be possible to change the PNG element so it looks like with the opacity selection? I tried rasterise but it doesn't do anything. I might miss something.

Hello everyone, I have a question regarding opacity and PDF export. I imported .png and set opacity. Everything works ok. But then I try to export whole design to PDF and opacity of that element is gone. Do you have any idea what am I doing wrong? Thank you very much.
