The reference photo window is indispensable, especially when drawing portraits. In the Mac/PC version, this requirement can be met by opening two windows at the same time. However, in the iPad version, this requirement cannot be met. This situation is very difficult if we have to draw by looking at reference photos. I think there are several options for this purpose feature. First, create a special feature to open a reference photo window like the features found in Procreate. Second, by making the feature open two floating files at the same time. Thank You

I want to give you the latest news of the problem I'm experiencing. After I received assistance from the Affinity support team via email, I was finally able to activate Affinity Universal V2 on my iMac and iPad. The method suggested by the Affinity team is to change my password using only numbers and letters, without any special characters (my old password used special characters). Thanks to the Affinity team, and everyone who helped me to solve my problem.

Hi Lee, thanks for your reply. Yes, I've read your troubleshooting steps previously. Ok, I'll try to give a bit more detailed information on this issue: 1) I purchased a universal license through the Affinity store, on an iMac. 2) I received links to download 3 desktop apps and 3 iPad apps. 3) I installed 3 Affinity desktop apps on my iMac (Monterey) successfully. 4) I downloaded 3 iPad apps by scanning a code on the screen of an iMac with an iPad (16, Ventura). But, after it's finished installing, I can't activate it after I press the activation button, what happens is just like the following picture. 5) I tried several ways to solve this problem (reboot, reinstall, select 'Buy Now' button) but the result is still like the image above. However, I want to let you know that when I select "Buy Now" (Universal License) the balance in my digital wallet is not enough; could this be the reason I didn't succeed? And, I still have Affinity Designer & Affinity Photo V1 when I intall V2.

Thanks for your reply. I bought universal license in Affinity store. Then, I received a link to download the apps. I downloaded 3 apps for desktop and installed them on my iMac (macos Monterey) without any problem. Then, I installed 3 apps for iPad (iPados 16, Ventura) by scanning the code on my iMac's screen. After finishing installing them, I activated them, entered my email and password, but after I pressed the 'activate' button the application did not open even though I waited for more than 10 minutes. -
I've bought universal liscence, but I can't activate the affinity app on my ipad. Do anyone have a solution for me? But, I have installed the apps on my Imac successfully.
