Yeah I have the affinity Apple Mac iOS version, the error message is saying I don’t have the latest version of windows.

I have affinity for the Mac computer version but my school has a Microsoft version I don’t know what one but can I change it to like a universal one so I can open it on any version

Hi, I'm a high school graphics student and am currently using affinity designer in my course. I have purchased affinity designer iOS for home use but can seem to get my files open on windows, how do I convert my files so they open on both. thanks.
