manually selecting areas to highlight
in Pre-V2 Archive of Affinity on Desktop Questions (macOS and Windows)

Hi,
I can't seem to find how to manually lasso areas to highlight. In photoshop it has a tool where you can select points manually around an area of an image and then you can fill it to highlight the area. I can only see either rectangle etc or smart lasso...
