The final image after denoise wasn't exported correctly. The exported image was still with noise. Please assist. Thanks

After denies done, the image was ok but when I export it out, it shows one without denoise done. Please let me know what did I do wrong? Thanks

Hi, I tried the Colour->Denoise and I find it not working that well. When I preview the denoise outcome, it was ok and when I applied the job, the denoising went on but once it was done, the photo didn't change much. Anyone could share what I have done wrong? I have ensured that I am working on pixel level and not layers. Thanks and Regards
