I am trying to learn how to make a "Drop Down" first letter in a paragraph I have found nothing in the tutorials. Any instruction would be greatly appreciated.

Running a Windows PC with Win 10. Any suggestions on interesting fonts to use? I do mostly fliers and broadsides for entertainers.

In the tutorial video, it shows using a variety of sets, but on my version those areas are greyed out and I can not find where to activate them. Yes, I am new to this.
