  1. Yep! You fellas are fast! Don't know why somebody couldn't have told me that a year ago. Keep havin' fun.
  2. I thought I had replied to this thread a long time ago. I found that by making the tool palette black and white it made the tools much easier to see. At this point I'll be darned if I can remember how I did it however. Maybe someone more familiar with the program (shouldn't be hard to find someone who fits that description) can enlighten everyone.
  3. There doesn't seem to be a "Separated Mode" in Affinity Photo 2. Is there an alternate way to show two photos at once? Thanks
  4. THANK YOU FOR THAT!! I'm much happier with the Dark UI and the Mono Icon Style! Now if I can just memorize what they mean. To be honest, it took me constant use to memorize them in PS as well. Onward!
  5. They seem to be a little larger in V2, and they are multi-colored so they're easier to see. I don't know if that's better or worse because the icons are not completely simplified and the contrast is not great enough. At least Affinity worked on them.
  6. I also wish that the tools in Photo V2 were larger, however, they are now multi-color and much easier to see. The secret: they only "turn on" when you bring up a project -- even just a blank page -- to work on. Otherwise they're gray and hard to see. I'm still not quite sure how the interface works but some of that is the difference between American and British (UK?) terminology and some of Affinity's own terms.
  7. I BEG Affinity to fix the "tiny tools" problem. It does no good to continue to say "Sorry, it can't be done," to every question. You are developers, are you not? You need to be cognizant of UI and the effect on your clients. IF you have backed yourselves into a corner by using a design code that makes this issue less compatible with your clients needs then you have chopped off a large section of users who want to use your product, but become frustrated by an inability to respond to them. Please reexamine this issue.
  8. Has the "tiny toolbar" problem been fixed yet? It's a major flaw in this otherwise very welcome software for Mac. Please fix it soon.
