I made a text box and filled it with text...but I only want the text in the text box. As you can see, it continues down through the bottom of the text box. I want to be able to resize the box and see more or less of the text inside of it.
I'm using designer.

I'm not sure what words to use here to describe what I want to do. But, I have a 5"x50" document and I want to have a bunch of photos on the edges around the document so I can look at them and decide where to drag them. But currently, if I try that, they are all hidden by the gray background surrounding the document. I hope I am making sense. Please help me know if there is a way to do what I am trying to do.

I have tried searching the forums but have come up empty. I am using Designer for a graphic design class and the teacher uses Ai. If this were for converting a Photo file, I totally understand this type of file and wouldn't be here asking. But I am a vector design newbie and I would love to know which file type I should export to for viewing in Ai. Thanks.

I am excited to install Photo and Designer, but before I buy them I want to know how many computers I can install them on. I saw you can download 3 times, I believe, so does that mean I can install on up to three computers?
Text box troubles

I want the text to be able to adjust inside the text box as I change the size. JFisher, your video doesn't quite show what I want. I am doing an assignment where I am making blocks of text as texture, and I want the text to adjust inside the box, as it does, except for not spilling out the bottom. As I adjust it, I want more of the text to be visible. The spillover makes sense, except when you want a text box an exact size, (as in the squares I am trying to make) and want to adjust the size of the text instead of the size of the text box. So, I am still stumped.
