Affinity Photo v1 crashing at the start up on Window 11.

Hello everyone I'm having this issue with the Affirnity Photo V1. I have recently purcashed a new system and installed fresh copy of V1, but at the start it crashes with the message "Enable Automatic Crash Report Uploads - would you like to help improve Affinity Photo by automatically uploading crash reports? Yes/No". I have installed, clean installed the recent graphic driver (Intel Arc a770 16GB). Does anyone have idea why it is happening?

Can anyone tell me what wrong I am doing in this video? I am trying to subtract that stroke with the circle under it, but it doesn't work. My_Project.mp4
