Great to hear. It seems that Affinity has some issues with graphic drivers. -

Hi, thanks for your tipps. I deleted the Catalyst Application (AMD) including the related drivers. After that, I started Affinity photo the latest version and it works fine. I could open a image file and Affinity works fine, no crashes... -

By the way the same computer, when I change the hard disc drive to W7 everything works fine -

Thanks for the information. I have no of the mentioned applications installed. My graphic card driver are the latrest from AMD. I attach the crash report here for more diagnostics. BR Markus 54481c86-8580-4ded-829c-5def40c2b6df.dmp -
Hi, when I start affinity photo I see the working screen of AP. I choose a jpg. file with the Open command from the menu and then Affinity photo closes automatically. This happens with the latest SW release as well with the former Version 1.7 This behaviour happens with all files I try to open. By the way the same symptom happens when I try to open a file with Designer. I am working with W10
