Cant Open .Nef Raw Files on iPad

Please can we have a fix for this....I deal with a lot of Nikon portrait photos in raw and really want this resolved...is it an Apple problem or Affinity...I seem to have no problem viewing them from the photos app but just can’t seem to open them without being pixelated in Affinity.
