[Grid Manager does not have sliders]

In the Grid and Axis Manager, most fields do not have sliders, and instead you must enter the specific pixel amount.  For example, in the Cube Mode, the Cube Scale must be entered as a value, and there's no slider.  OTOH, the Elevation "E" can be entered as a value or with a slider.

Is there a reason for this?  Would be convenient to have sliders.

I'm on AD 1.9.2.
