Good night. My wife was working on the affinity designer and the app began to close by itself. She was working for a few minutes and suddenly the app closes. it is happening many times. I added a video for demonstration. thank you IMG_1061.MP4

From yesterday when I'm working on a design, affinity stops working and it closes alone. I don't know what is the problem. It has happen when I'm uploading files, fonts and when I’m editing.
