  1. I agree. Serif is hoping we will switch from Photoshop to Photo. I suspect many (most?) of the U.S. Photoshop users are not professional photographers and are used to working in inches, not pixels. I can change the default in Photoshop.
  2. Turns out I had the files after all. After your posting, I went back one more page in the workbook and realized I had the chameleon download. Thanks, and sorry for the trouble.
  3. I have downloaded the Macro Pack, but the files referenced in Batch Processing (page 416) and Custom Macros (page 417ff) are not in it.
  4. No link is given in the workbook for the Batch Folder, the mother_cap_01.jpg file, etc.
  5. I was having another panels related problem, so did a Reset Studio again. All the panels that I had moved to my secondary monitor disappeared. They now all seem to be crammed on the right side of the primary window on my main monitor. This was in the Photo Persona. This did not happen in the Develop Persona previously, but there aren't any panels on the secondary monitor there. So I'm guessing Reset Studio is reset to the default configuration. If so, my first thought was that I wish I had known that before doing the reset, but things were so screwy at the time it was probably my only choice. I don't recall all the details of the problem I was having, but it happened while I was trying to learn how to create a macro. I never got to the point of trying to record. I had opened the Library panel, created a new category, and opened a file. I may have mistakenly opened a .NEF file first before closing it and opening a JPEG.
  6. That fixed it. Obviously I've just started through the workbook, in my hopeful transition from Photoshop to Photo. I have been really impressed with Photo so far. Thanks, Dan.
  7. I'm running MacOS 10.14.6 (Mojave), Affinity Photo 1.8.1. on an iMac. The problem occurs on the workbook file: advanced_adjustments.RW2 The two panels also do not appear when I switch to the Develop Persona on an open file (which is not a RAW file).
