Hello, Thank you, I have windows 10. I have tried downloading with Chrome, Edge, and Internet explorer. When I click the "Download" button the following error is displayed: 404 - File or directory not found. The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.

Hello I have the same issue. The link for the Uninstall troubleshooter from Microsoft does not work, it wont let me download it. Is there another link to download the Uninstall troubleshooter? Thank you,
