  1. Hi, I can Ctrl V or performe a keyless paste command using an accessible 'Dwell' function and neither work, I assume that regular mouse users cannot paste either? A lot of the digit input boxes have been addressed. Thanks
  2. Hi, I contacted you a while ago with regards to: Many of your value input cells dissapear upon the 2nd click of an onscreen keyboard. Example - any double digit. As I am now using your terrific products more and more this UX issue doesn't comply with the required accessible standards, after the last time that I contacted this forum site Affinity did address some of the issues. Please review every digit input section within your creativity suite. P.S. Copy and pasting digits isn't recognised by your software.
  3. Thanks, I found that if you continue with the trial you get the option to register or sign in. That sorted the whole Affinity collection. Thanks.
  4. Hi, the installation error says that my license key is valid but there was an error writing to: C:\Program Data\Affinity\Designer\1.0
  5. Hi, I got a new computer and I am in the process pf changing all data over. How to I deactivate my old registered device as my license key is only validate for 1 device at a time. I have already visited https://store.serif.com/en-gb/account/registered-apps/, I cannot see how I can manage my devices. Thanks
  6. Hi Guys, I believe that this is a common error when opening Adobe AI files up on non-Adobe software, the information displayed on Affinity Designer is the following: "This is an Adobe® Illustrator® File that was saved without PDF Content. To Place or open this file in other applications, it should be re-saved from Adobe Illustrator with the "Create PDF Compatible File" option turned on. This option is in the Illustrator Native Format Options dialog box, which appears when saving an Adobe Illustrator file using the Save As command. This instruction says that ", it should be re-saved from Adobe Illustrator with the "Create PDF Compatible File" option turned on". The problem is that I don't have Adobe AI. Is there an online emulator available? Can I resolve this issue when using Affinity Designer? Please advise.
  7. A mouse click inside the value textbox highlights the existing value, I click the mouse button to select a key on my Windows on-screen keyboard. It seems to be that this second mouse-click closes the textbox. Input entry via a physical keyboard works just fine, hence, this isn't a problem for the 'mainstream' user.
  8. Yeah, good idea. I tried it and that is the issue, however, the issue seems to arise only when the mouse button is activated. I click the mouse to activate each key that I choose to initiate. If you guys find that by clicking your mouse results in the same issue, then we have an accessibility standards issue here. Software and web designers follow these standards. If this is the case, Affinity may require to update their software? Looking forward to your feedback 🙂
  9. I use an onscreen keyboard but this doesn't have any bearing on this matter ? . I have found that even if I have Affinity Designer running on one half of the screen then I mouse-click with the mouse pointer over another app this results in the same effect
  10. Hi, I downloaded then installed 1.8.5.703. The problem is unchanged, immediately after I insert the first digit the input box (rgb or border) disappears.
  11. Hi, I'm using Affinity Designer 1.8.4.693 on Desktop Windows 10. Whenever I enter the 2nd digit of any value such RGB or border thickness, I find that after every letter the entry box disappears and only updates one entry. Any suggestions? Thanks
