I get the 'New Version Available' on all three Affinity programs even after upgrading to their latest versions. Surely there must be a way for this message to stop appearing every time their programs are opened. How about a patch or something? I'm on a PC running Windows 10. Please Affinity, you're our only hope! (Insert Princess Leia from Star Wars meme here) 😉

Hello, I've just tried your recommendation and it works! I was able to bring all of the Atmosphere content pack into APhoto. I've even tried some of them. Hopefully disabling the hardware acceleration doesn't have any adverse effects in the future. Thank you so much! -

The Atmosphere content pack is crashing my system, not just Affinity Photo (v1.9) when I try to install the pack. I've tried 3 times to install the pack, with no luck. I'm on a Dell computer Intel(R) Core i5-7400 CPU @3.00GHz. 12 GB RAM and 64 bit OS, Windows 10 Home. I've never had problems running any graphics programs at all until now. Please advise. Thanks! -
Affinity Degrading Clipboard Data and Reducing Quality

Oh, no! This is not good. I was just working on a document in Affinity Publisher. I couldn't save the document for some reason as the save options were greyed out. I copied the text, restarted Publisher and pasted into a new document. It wasn't live copy anymore, but an image! All my work was lost somehow. Affinity, what can we do in this situation! I'm using the latest version, 1.9 on a windows machine. -

Hello my Friend! First off, thank you for responding so quickly! I restarted Affinity Designer this morning (perhaps I've had it open for too long and the program simply didn't "read" the brushes properly? Only a guess) and the brushes are working perfectly! I'm so excited! I was even more excited when I saw that you had a 'Kirby Krackle' brush! I wish I had this years ago when inking space backgrounds with a circle template and Rapidograph pens! And Zip-A-Tone, too! This is my Christmas present to myself! 🎅 Thank you so much! Rama -

Hello, I've just purchased your brushes and am currently trying to use it in Affinity Designer on a Veikk tablet. The tablet works fine, as I've used it with other applications with no problem. However, the brushes don't seem to work properly in AD. Line widths are not varying (from thin to thick and thick to thin). Are there settings that I have to tweak? I thought that they would work properly upon installing. Thank You, Rama P. | Florida, USA -

I think that an OCR feature would be a great addition to Affinity software but do realize that it would take quite a while to implement. As a recent Affinity convert (I don't like Adobe's subscription fees) I don't have full editing capabilities in Acrobat anymore. I also don't have an older version of Acrobat to use. If someone could suggest a standalone OCR program (NOT Adobe) I would be very grateful. GO AFFINITY!!!
