I've noticed that Affinity Photo has a tendency to change an image's format and size after I've imported it. Let's say that I'm working on a PNG file sprite for a game. When I bring it into Affinity, it changes the format to .afphoto and the only way to save it back to PNG is to export it in PNG format, therefore changing the file size. How do I keep existing images the EXACT SAME format and size? Thank you!

I managed to fix it. It involved a mixture of the Heal Brush and feathered adjusted layers with level correction.

Hi Alfred, Yes, I am using Affinity Photo. Would you (or someone) clarify how this filter is meant to be used? Do I paint over the lines and/or the white spot in the center? I've tried a couple different things but it just blurs the whole photo. Thanks!

I am trying to smooth out the honeycomb pattern from this aerial photo and am at a loss as to how to fix it. Is this even possible? I've tried Smudge Tool, Blur Tool, etc. Please let me know what you all think and what tools/processes would be best to use. Thanks!
