Hi there, 

I couldn't find a thread for this specific issue, but let me know if one has already been created. 
When I make any adjustment to a layer, that layer becomes blurry, (fluffy on the edges). This also happens when I simply move a layer. 
It is particularly obvious when adjusting hand drawn layers (black ink on white background).
Is there any way to preserve the sharpness of a layer when resizing and/or repositioning?

I've attached three images for reference. First is the full image. Second is a section zoomed in. Third is the same section after the layer has been moved slightly.
