Computer froze half way through save.

Help! I was working in Affinity Photo and saved my work part way through. It totally stopped saving at 8.4% and it now won't let me do anything. Affinity won't do anything except stop my computer from shutting down and restarting. Can't reboot, can't restart, can't turn Affinity off. Help please.
