Can I open a millimeter grid under my work?

can i measure my line in any way? So we can see the length of the line in photoshop without using ruler. pixel cm or mm. So is there a scale job?

Hello there. In your version for ipad, how can I see the length when drawing lines? I need to make scaled drawings. How can I do it in this program? I am thinking of buying but I have read that there is no tool for ruler and measurement, is it true ?
