HSL adjustment: only 1/4 of the wheel is displayed

I'm runing Big Sur with no other problems. Just tried moving HSL to the main screen and it works and when I move it back it stays working. Thanks!

In some photos that I edit and do an HSL adjustment the panel only shows 1/2 of the half wheel and can only do master adjustments. Other photos I can see the half wheel and can do all the adjustments. I can't figure out what is causing the wheel change between photos.
