I use an iMac with Catalina OS for Affinity Publisher. I have just noticed that on the Mac's Activity Monitor, there is an item called 'AquaAppearanceHelper.' It is using nearly 300 inactive MB of RAM. Is this in the Publisher software?

I also have disappearing panels. I don't loose them completely, however. When I leave the panels section to continue working on the project at hand is when they disappear, but if I click on the space where they reside, they reappear. This is a constant occurrence. Of course it would be optimum if they were visible at all times.
