Can the AFFINITY PHOTO toolbar be moved to the right side?

Can the AFFINITY PHOTO toolbar be moved to the right side? When I dock the toolbar to a soft window it always goes to the left, but I want to use it on the right. Can it be docked to the right? (There is a way to float the toolbar, but it will be in two rows. I would like to dock in one row if possible...)
