[How do I view pages in Publisher]

I have recently purchased Affinity Publisher and I have no experience using it. In order to help, I have been watching the tutorials on the website and on YouTube, however, on all the videos that I watch there is a menu displaying all pages including the Master pages, to the right of the toolbar. When I create new documents, this is not there and I only have the option to toggle master view on the bottom of the screen. Does anybody know how I can have that drop down option as it would be greatly appreciated.
