Can I use Affinity on IPad too if I buy it for MacOS?

Hello, I am new with Affinity and I think about buying the Publisher App for my MacBook Pro. Although I am using my Ipad often to work with. Do I have to buy an additional version for my Ipad, or can I download Affinity Publisher on Ipad for free, if I bought the MacOS version? Greetings chairon
