  1. The graphics card is an Nvidia GeForce G210M, and I think that is the problem as I've literally just found out Nvidia stopped supporting this card a long time ago. This is what I found as a solution to the driver problem.: _______________________________________________________ "The solution is as follows: 1. Download drivers (259.47 WHQL, supported Vista & 7, but they work with windows 10) 32 bit: http://download.windowsupdate.com/msdownload/update/driver/drvs/2010/08/20376209_7ae6c54845a76e0c1b796d023124b6c43d908c63.cab 64 bit: http://download.windowsupdate.com/msdownload/update/driver/drvs/2010/08/20376210_70a476ede1c3a23125e47bfbeb0d33acec9c13b7.cab 2. Unpack cab file. 3. Do not try to install with setup.exe file, because the installation will be terminated by the installer. 4. In device manager, install driver manually, point path to the directory where driver was unpacked. Driver will install and after restart everything will work at last!" _______________________________________________________
  2. This worked. Thank you. I changed all settings that were different to yours here. View Quality was on Nearest Neighbor >> Changed to Bilinear Both the "Dither gradients" and "Use precise Clipping" were unchecked >> checked both File Recovery interval changed from 300 to 500 seconds And changed the "Retina Rendering" to Warp. No other programs were affected by this issue. Thanks to all who offered their help and advice!
  3. All of my settings are identical to yours. Here's a screenshot of the blank canvas:
  4. Unfortunately this has not resolved the issue. What baffles me is that the navigator is showing the correct image on the bottom right of AP, but the main viewer doesn't..
  5. No, all identical as in your image. I've created a video capture: 2020-07-07_16-09-35.mp4
  6. That's the method I used. sRGB IEC61966-2.1 is the color profile
  7. When I uncheck this button it removes the option to use the sRGB profile.
  8. No. I have the same problem. Any image I open has incorrect colours on the main viewer, whereas the navigator shows the correct image.
  9. There was no color profile attached to the monitor/display. I added the sRGB IEC61966-2.1 color profile.
  10. Is there an update available for this issue, I seem to be having the same problem as I posted in another thread, below Loading any image is incorrect
  11. Thanks for this, I've changed the profile but no joy.
  12. Hi folks, I'm new to Affinity Photo - just purchased it yesterday. Anyway, my problem - and I apologise if this is something very simple I've missed but.. Every image I load for editing seems to have a filter above it - exactly as in the image attached. The image attached is from Unsplash, and as you can see from the navigator on the bottom right, the paper texture should be blue, but it's green in the main viewer. This happens with every image/file I try to open - any ideas? Thank you in advance.
