[Text turns grey when printing]

Good day. I am working on a small pocket calendar. When I printed a page part of the text printed in grey and the text in publisher turned grey and I cannot change it back. See picture below.

Using Affinity Publisher 1.10.5.1342

Windows 10

HP Envy lap top

No opacity set anywhere. Fonts are all set to black.

Also resulted in master page turning these texts to grey.

Any help would be appreciated

Will do. Again thanks Dan. Have a number of photographer friends who, on my recommendation have purchased some or all of the 3 Affinity products and, as I, are very happy with the product.

Hi Dan. Appreciate your help. Performed factory reset. Returned to working normally but in an unusual way. At first, after factory reset,  functions were delayed by anywhere from 10 - 60 seconds. Now working fine. Before factory reset on Publisher, Photo and Designer, at one point shut down upon opening. Now working fine.

Yes. Now Publisher will open and then close immediately.

  • Using the place image tool to insert an image as shown below. This was working fine for the first 36 images but now as I attempt to place an image I get only a blank box and then Publisher shuts down.

• More information about the image and where it is located; I am using Affinity Photo files, processed in Affinity photo from Cannon RAW files. I am using a HP Envy laptop and the files are located on the D drive og the laptop. This laptop has two internal drives, a C drive where the program is located and the D where I keep all files.

[Publisher Crashing]

When attempting to load an image into a publisher file program shuts down, no image is able to load. Cannot see image as I attempt to place it. Was working with Publisher earlier in the day and no problems. Photo working fine.

Any help appreciated.

When printing an Affinity document double sided, the printing does not line up.Any suggestions would be helpful.
