[Add to shape with hole in it]

Hi, How I can make adding shape to another shape work in Affinity Designer when shapes have holes in them? Holes in shapes get's filled which they shouldn't do.

Hi every one. I've opened photo in Affinity Designer and I can't find way to rotate it. If I use rotate tools the artboard doesn't rotate with the photo.
