Thank you. I thought that might be the case but there are several videos showing people using it in Designer - so I know how to use it - I just don't have it.

I have checked 5 YouTube videos and some tutorials trying to find out where the perspective tool is in Affinity Designer 1.8.3. They all show the tool clearly. I've searched possible place in my software. The Perspective Tool is missing. I even did a reset and it did not appear. How can I get it? Thank you.
