What happened to the Nikon Z6 raw files in latest update?

I have done a lot of troubleshooting - found out that the issues disappear when I reset the compression from compressed into compressed lossless raw..Guess its important info for the Nikon users...

Updating from version 1.7 to 1.8 has made all of my NEF generated by Nikon z6 files unreadable.. anybody with the same problem?
