Yes, I had already purchased Affinity Designer. I have used Affinity Designer for a few projects now. In this particular project, I needed to do a perspective/warp transform. I don't do illustration work often, but I needed to for this particular project. I would love to go "all-in" with Affinity Designer, but it lacked this critical feature for a particular project. Inkscape has some version of this functionality, but it is difficult and counter intuitive to use compared to Illustrator. In general, I dislike Inkscape because of its poor usability. I dislike Illustrator because of its pricing model, but Illustrator has had this feature for as long as I have used it.
