  1. Garry, Thanks for the input. That's how I've been doing it, but did not know to double click the rotation handle! That works much better. _考槃 Thank you! I may use this in some cases, but the objects will not be equidistant from the center point. Cheers! Ed
  2. I was wondering if anyone could help me out with a problem I run into very frequently. Such as making clock faces. I use Affinity Designer 2 not for graphic design, but to generate designs that I can export as SVG’s for my Shaper Origin. When I translate a shape around a center, I do not want the object itself to rotate. What I mean is if I duplicate eight triangles around a center, I want to have the top point of the triangle always face up, (see attached). I get around this by reseting the center point on every object, then rotate the object back to zero. This is time consuming and very easy to bump the object from its intended position. Is this something that is possible in Affinity Designer? Thank you in advance for the time you’ll take answering my questions! Cheers! Ed Weaver
  3. Another program you might look at if you're on a Mac is Apollo. Very fast, handles EXIF, and metadata quickly, integrates with apple maps and google maps, and handles RAW and videos. I've been experimenting with it, and so far I'm impressed. Still haven't nailed the work flow To Affinity Photo yet, but if I do I think it will be a winner. Take a look. https://www.apollooneapp.com Cheers! Ed
  4. Throw my name in the ring for a DAM product. I'd leave Adobe in a heartbeat. Cheers!
