Publisher crashes add AD files. Was: Publisher crashed while opening idml-file

Hey. I am having a similar issue. I am just trying to add pages to a document, but every time I do Publisher crashes with no recourse or explanation. The files are simple and were made with Affinity Design before I bought Publisher. I managed to add the 1st 16 pages, but the 17th crashes it every time. Thoughts?
