Hello, I was wondering is it support plugin/some sort of add on in affinity? And how to create it if you know something about it?

Hello, I was wondering can I change the value of shift key pressed? Example, usually I rotate while pressing shift key will be result a 45° constant. Can I change to 15°? Thank you
