I solved it by exporting it in quality, "lanczos3 (indivisible)", I just want it to look good in the work area

It was a resolution of 3000x2000 px, with PPP of 300, the save as shown in the following screenshot ... use the same resolution method in photoshop....Affinity Photo is an excellent program, much better than Photoshop, except for the issue of image quality , i wish i could solve it.
