I'm on a MB pro (16-inch, 2019, 2.4 8 core i9, 64 GB ram, and the AMD radeon prom 5500 8 GB card) with Monterey 12.4. The AD I'm using is 1.10.5. I held out for 6 months before "upgrading" to the OS. Since the upgrade, I have the same issue of lag. The more layers and detail in the layers, it gets worse to the point where I can't edit anything because the rendering is slow or non-existent. According to this post from Serif
the issue should be resolved with a newer version of MacOS. However, it is not. I tried connecting to Serif about the info in the linked post, and I'm awaiting reply.
